According to Master Plan 2019, the original medical facility which was planned at Bukit Timah will be replaced with an integrated transport hub. In addition to the existing shopping malls, the area will have a new community club, redeveloped market, a new hawker centre, an indoor sports hall and more retail vendors/ options. This initiative is in place to offer a brand new luxury living for residents through an inclusive community, heritage revitalisation and enhance connectivity to other parts of the island. URA hopes to give Bukit Timah a new look, a new lease of vibrancy while it upholds the unforgotten glory of the past. On top of that, a core focus is to rejuvenate the area by building more private residential enclaves. These condos will heavily feature its green spaces along the Bukit Timah Reserve.
